Man City 115 charges: Keith Wyness reveals truth about new ‘leaks’Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness has insisted there will be limited information available as Man City fight their 115 charges case against the Premier League.

 

Speaking on the new edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – claimed the independent commission hearing should be “transparent” as “justice needs to be seen to be done” in City’s case.The hearing into Man City’s 115 charges for alleged breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules began on Monday (16 September).

 

Photos from The Lawyer magazine emerged showing the English champions’ legal team arriving at London’s International Dispute Resolution Centre.The case is the result of a four-year investigation into City’s conduct stretching back to 2008.

 

City strongly deny all charges and insist their case is supported by a “comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence”.
